Very strong debut album (and one of their best) by this fantastic band from Italy. Picking a favourite track was very hard. Papa Jay (Radio Smorgasbord)
Very cool album, reminds me of 90's Manchester sound but a fuzzier vibe that suits these times. A great range of moodiness I can dig in different states of mind. Hope to hear more from them. Thanks again Fuzz Club Records a great introduction to Black Lizard! juslo
Hailing from the East (Kilbride), Helicon have mastered the art of layering guitar, bass, keyboard, drums and placing a sitar shaped cherry on top on this 2015 outing.... In A Sad Red Dusk. The b-side, We're Gaun Tae The Moon is a drums heavy dog walk through a Doors tinged wilderness, before they take the reigns and finish with a "neo-psyche" chase into the kaleidoscopic blackness ahead. Cool. David Currie
A slow drip of Tropicália-infused psychedelia from New Orleans rock outfit Blue Basin: balmy one moment, aggressive the next. Bandcamp New & Notable Apr 22, 2022
German rock band King Kuiper center their songs on big, anthemic chorus and surround them with razor-wire guitar lines. Bandcamp New & Notable Nov 14, 2021
